About the author,
Buck Husbands is a writer with a portfolio ranging from literary fiction to poetry, and a special focus on western genre fiction. His writing integrates a generational history of blue-collar resilience with creativity. As an author, the work Buck enjoys most is exploring issues of independence, identity, and the complexity of human relationships, with a special emphasis for LGBTQ stories. As much committed to craft as community, Buck has also mentored other writers and offered proofreading and editing help on their projects. He is a member of Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society, and enjoys mentoring other writers.
